We are a Thrilled Subscriber to Ethics Suite’s Whistleblower Hotline! The Whistleblower hotline and case management system has proven to be extremely user-friendly. It replaced a prior platform that was much more costly and cumbersome to manage. Ethics Suite interfaces with our operations seamlessly. The customer service has been extraordinary.We needed to generate a completely anonymous misconduct reporting platform and required assistance in reviewing any complaints that came in. Ethics Suite was able to provide not only the paltform, but the training and materials to communicate with our stakeholders exactly what the hotline is and how to use it. The case management system enables our team to stay connected to anything that needs their attention.I wish we found Ethics Suite sooner!

You don’t think about HR issues… until they happen. Then it’s all you think about! For employers/owners, to have the peace of mind that we have the proper tool to track, time stamp and export clear reporting for these situations is a big mental load off. It allows us to save money (and mental strain) on unemployment claims and potentially much bigger issues. The team even reviews employment materials to make sure they are up to date/legally sufficient.For employees, it shows that we care. The bar is low in our industry and the fact that we provide a resource sets us apart. It turns level 9 issues that could arise into level 3-4 because they can be brought to our attention in a timely manner.Ethics Suite helps us focus on what we are good at and enjoy.
