The Challenge:
The client aimed to improve its internal reporting system amid concerns that employees were not reporting workplace misconduct due to lack of trust in existing channels. There was no formal, secure mechanism for anonymous or confidential whistleblower reports, raising the risk of undetected fraud.

employees a secure, anonymous way to raise concerns. The rollout featured:
- A globally accessible, customized intake system
- Awareness and communication campaigns to promote use
- Seamless integration with internal compliance workflows
- Training for intake, triage, and investigative response teams
The Outcome:
Shortly after implementation, multiple incidents of fraud and embezzlement were reported and substantiated – previously hidden due to lack of secure reporting. As a result:
